The hospital’s official route is to take the BQE to the Flushing Avenue exit, continue through Franklin Avenue and Park Avenue, then turn onto Throop Avenue for the hospital and parking lot.

From Manhattan

Woodhull provides routes from the Williamsburg, Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges. The final approach generally uses Broadway, Park Avenue, Marcus Garvey Boulevard or Throop Avenue depending on the bridge.

Patients who submit a records request outside MyChart may be asked to upload a photo and government-issued photo ID.
