How to make an appointment at JPS

JPS uses different numbers for primary care and specialty services rather than one universal hospital scheduling number.

Identify the type of care you need. Primary care, cardiology, oncology, surgery and women’s services use different clinics.
For primary/community care, call 817-702-1100. JPS uses this number for its community health centers and 24-hour nurse advice.
For specialty care, call the clinic directly. Cardiology is 817-702-6926, Oncology 817-702-8300 and Surgical Specialty Clinics 817-702-3000.
Check insurance authorization. JPS schedulers can check whether a requested service is offered and whether authorization is needed.
Confirm the exact building. Clinics may be at 1350 or 1400 S. Main Street, the main hospital, 8th Avenue or another JPS location.
Use MyChart for eligible appointments. JPS MyChart supports scheduling, referrals, messaging and video visits.

JPS doctors and specialist examples

JPS and Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group have a large physician staff. The names below are current specialist examples recognized by JPS in its 2026 physician listings.

Individual doctor schedules are not the same as clinic hours. A physician may rotate between clinic, procedures, inpatient service and surgery. Use the current clinic phone to confirm the doctor’s next available date.
