Nashville General Hospital visiting hours and after-hours entrance

NGH’s current hospital-wide visitation policy does not publish one simple universal daytime visiting window for every floor. Instead, it gives access rules and unit-specific restrictions.

Entering after 9 p.m.: visitors arriving after 9 p.m. must use the Emergency Department entrance and receive approval at the registration desk. Overnight visitors should limit exits and re-entry between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.

NICU

NICU visitation is limited to parents, grandparents and siblings, subject to the baby’s condition. During RSV season, currently defined by the hospital as October through March, visitors must generally be over age 12.
