Virtual urgent care for minor illnesses

Not every child with a minor illness needs the pediatric Emergency Department.

Corewell currently offers 24/7/365 Virtual Urgent Care for eligible minor conditions for patients age 2 years and older.

Corewell currently states that the virtual visit costs no more than $45, and is $0 for many insurance plans including Medicaid, subject to plan benefits.

Virtual urgent care is not emergency care. Severe breathing difficulty, major trauma, severe dehydration, loss of consciousness or another potentially life-threatening condition requires emergency evaluation.
