The north hospital entrance off Randol Mill Road is currently closed. Routine patients and visitors should use the main entrance facing Wright Street. The Emergency Department entrance remains the after-hours maternity route.

Yes. Self-parking is free for patients and visitors on the Arlington Memorial campus. The current campus guide also lists $3 weekday valet service at the south entrance on Wright Street.

7. Where is Labor & Delivery?
Labor & Delivery is on the second floor. During daytime hours use the main Wright Street entrance. At night, enter through the Emergency Department and take the D elevators to the second floor.
8. Does Arlington Memorial have a NICU?
Yes. Texas Health Arlington Memorial has a Level III NICU. Parents are generally welcome around the clock except during nursing shift changes and a daily quiet-time period.
9. How do I get my medical records?
Call Health Information Management at 855-681-8243, use MyChart or submit the official online release request. Texas Health says completed compliant requests are usually available for release within 3-5 business days and patients are not charged for their copy.
10. What are the visiting hours?
Texas Health currently says hospital patients may receive visitors at any time, although specialty units may use separate rules and quiet-time periods. Check with the patient’s nurse before visiting NICU, ICU, behavioral-health or other specialty units.
